Option 1: Update the driver’s password directly on the Admin Portal by accessing their individual driver profile
➢ Note that this is the only method that will work if the driver is stuck on the Roadside Inspection screen and can not remember their password.
Option 2: If the driver is currently on the Login screen of the application, they can select the “Forgot My Password” option. They will be required to input their Username and CDL number and type in and confirm their new password
